    • GBV specialists across sectors to identify and respond to risk 

    • Perpetrator accountability and early outreach work 

    • GBV Service Navigators provide wraparound support and referrals 

    • Coordinated risk assessment tools and case planning 

    • High-risk tables to manage urgent safety cases involving potential lethality

    • Trauma-informed counseling (including, where necessary, neurofeedback)
